DEDICATION FOR BARBARA UNDERWOOD
In 2020, the NYU Annual Survey of American Law dedicated its 77th Volume to Barbara Underwood, the first female Attorney General of New York and a relentless advocate for public interests. We are fortunate to dedicate this volume’s scholarship to Mrs. Underwood and to recognize such a dedicated and inspirational member of our national life.
